company comms, and help your teams make decisions fast

Here are three ways to get it done with Canva:
Part 1
Level up your updates and make decisions fast
Forget bland walls of text, and instead craft creative, attention-grabbing updates that cut through the noise and are a joy to read. Use one of thousands of premium templates and create a dynamic design to hook your audience.
You could design a colorful video celebration of a company milestone, design an eye-popping visual Doc, or apply your company’s Brand Kit and Brand Voice to a newsletter and keep everything on brand.
You can even add fun and informative elements, such as team photos, graphics, interactive charts and data visualizations, as well as linking out to other sites and resources.
What’s more, you can collaborate with colleagues while you build your update.
Collaborate on your design or doc with teammates, give feedback in tags and comments, and share with others for feedback and sign off before you publish. Forget about decision-making delays, and collaborate with ease on every type of document.
Part 2
Make it a website
So you’ve designed your company comms, and now you need to get it into the world. Of course you could download it in any format and send it around, or easily create view-only links for your teams to securely access.
Or you could publish your update as a website on a free or pre-existing domain, and send a link around for people to read it on any device. For internal-only updates, you can keep these private with password protection.
Whether you’ve crafted your update in a Canva Doc, a presentation deck, or a simple social tile, you can always publish it as a gorgeous one-page website for your whole team to access.
You can transform just about any Canva design into a website through the Resize & Magic Switch feature, or through the Share menu.
And don’t forget you can always update your website once it’s live.
Part 3
Share your team’s expertise and experience with a Talking Presentation
Maybe the information you’re sharing is more complex and needs to be talked through when you share it with your team.
Why not pair your deck with a Talking Presentation?
Jump into the recording studio on any given presentation design, and you’ll find options for creating talking presentations. You can hit ‘Present’ then ‘Present and Record’, or you can go to the Uploads tab in the Object Panel to hit ‘Record yourself’.
You can record yourself talking through your presentation, and choose whether you appear as a talking head in the corner of the screen or just a voice-over.
